Sarah’s brick and mortar Pilates dream, Pilates on 8th, was born in 2014 when her client base rapidly outgrew the 100 square foot studio she had set up in the spare room of her home. The space expanded from offering just two weekly mat classes and quickly evolved into the small town studio that it is today…equipped with hand made, state of the art Classical Pilates apparatus made by Pilates Designs, Gratz Pilates and Legacy Pilates Apparatus.

Pilates on 8th is known for its dedication to sharing the original exercises and principles of Joseph Pilates, coupled with the insight that the needs of each body that comes through our doors is 100% unique. The studio has established itself as a community of hardworking, supportive and most importantly, welcoming Classical Pilates enthusiasts.
